In 2021, the Philippines and Australia are celebrating 75 years since the establishment of bilateral relations.
The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney, with jurisdiction over New South Wales, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, provides consular services to Philippine citizens, Australians, and other nationals. It is a focal point of the Philippine Government in the state of New South Wales.
We are open and all our services are by appointment only. If you are from another state, please press "ABOUT US" for the contacts of our other consular missions in Australia.

THE CONSULATE RECEIVES APPLICATIONS FOR PASSPORTS, NOTARIALS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS, NBI CARD FINGERPRINTING, CIVIL REGISTRY, AND OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES. WE ALSO EXTEND ASSISTANCE TO DISTRESSED FILIPINOS AS APPROPRIATE.

PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SECURING AN APPOINTMENT. ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE BE ON TIME (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO REBOOK IF YOU ARE LATE, AND TO ASK YOU TO COME TO THE CONSULATE ON THE APPOINTED TIME IF YOU ARE TOO EARLY). PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM, ACCOMPLISH IT LEGIBLY AND COMPLETELY, AND BRING IT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. PLEASE ALSO BRING AN AUSPOST EXPRESS MAIL ENVELOPE FOR THE RELEASE OF YOUR PASSPORT / NOTARIAL DOCUMENT.
