All services are by appointment only. Please ensure you are aware of the requirements before booking an appointment, and make sure you bring all the requirements (printed and filled in BLACK ink) on the day of your appointment.

Please accomplish the required forms before you approach the counter during the appointment time.

 

Those with incomplete requirements may not be served  and asked to rebook another appointment.
