Original NBI Clearance or the NBI Fingerprint Form 5 (expired, for renewal)

Valid passport – one (1) photocopy of data page (page showing photo and complete name) INCLUDING page with signature

ID photo – one (1) colored 2”x 2” photos with white background, taken within the last six (6) months, in proper attire. Blurred, scanned, or low-quality photos will not be accepte

Payment of 200 PHP or its equivalent in US dollars

Self-addressed, self-stamped envelope from AusPost or any courier WITH TRACKING
Processing and Next Steps

If the applicant does not have an authorized representative to process the application on their behalf, they may send their application directly to:

Processing by NBI Manila takes a maximum of five (5 days) upon receipt of documents. After processing, the NBI sends the clearance certificate to the applicant in Australia.
Upon receipt of the clearance certificate, the applicant must examine it for the presence of embossed NBI dry-seal and then affix their right thumbmark on the space provided.
Other Notes:

If there are changes to the details of the NBI Clearance such as civil status, name, date of birth, the NEW APPLICATION applies.

If the applicant’s address in Australia has changed and needs to be updated, a letter indicating the new residential address must be included in the requirements.
