Request for Quotation - Effective Customer Service Training Program
The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney, Australia, invites interested training companies to submit a bid relative to the Consulate’s plan to hold an Effective Customer Service Training Program for its personnel during the third quarter of 2021. Hereunder are the specifications of the proposed procurement project:

Level 1, 27-33 Wentworth Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000
Duration of program: Three (3) hours – 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Purpose of this Activity: The Customer Service Training at the workplace is aimed at enhancing the personnel’s relationship with clients in various aspects of consular services. Certificate of Completion to be issued by organizer to each participant upon completion of program.
Approved Budget for the Contract : A$2,100.00 (inclusive of GST)
The Philippine Consulate reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected service providers.
