Consular Outreach Mission in Tamworth, 29 May 2021. (UPDATE: Passport appointments already full)

The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in Tamworth, New South Wales on Saturday, 29 May 2021, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Mary Help of Christians church hall, 72 Hillvue Road, South Tamworth NSW 2340 Australia.
During the outreach mission, applications for the following consular services will be accepted:
· e-Passport (UPDATE: Passport appointments already full)
· Notarial .
· Philippine Citizenship Re-acquisition (Dual Citizenship)
· Civil Registry (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage)
· NBI clearance application form fingerprinting
· Overseas Voting Registration
The requirements for each of the above consular services can be accessed at the Consulate’s website www.sydneypcg.org. Only cash payments may be accepted.
Those who would like to avail of consular services must book an appointment through the following link https://pcgsydney.setmore.com/class.
Each applicant should book a separate appointment. A parent may book an appointment for their minor/infant children.
Please choose your required consular service and preferred available time slot from the appointment system, and arrive on the day of the consular mission on time with your confirmed booking and with the complete documentary requirements for your consular service application. Applicants will only be accommodated during their specified appointment time. Except for Overseas Voting Registration, no walk-in applications will be accepted during the outreach mission.
Applicants for e-passport, civil registry and notarial services are advised to bring an AUS Post prepaid satchel that requires signature on delivery, for use in return mailing/releasing of processed documents back to the applicants.
Those who have not voted in the last two Philippine national elections, i.e., the Senatorial election in May 2019 and the Presidential election in May 2016, may register for Overseas Voting during the outreach mission. No appointment is required for Overseas Voting registration.
For Philippine Citizenship Re-Acquisition (Dual Citizenship) applications, please send in advance all required documents by mail to the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney on or before 19 May 2021 to enable the Consular team to assess whether submitted documents are complete and advise applicants beforehand of any additional document that must be presented during the outreach mission.
