ADVISORY : OUTREACH IN BALLINA NSW ON 27 FEBRUARY 2021. (THIS IS FULL. APPOINTMENT SLOTS NO LONGER
The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in Ballina, NSW on Saturday, 27 February 2021, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, at Kentwell Community Center.
During the outreach mission, applications for the following consular services will be accepted:
Civil Registry – Report of Birth, Report of Marriage;
NBI clearance; and
Overseas Absentee Voting Registration
The requirements for each of the above consular services can be accessed at the Consulate’s website: www.sydneypcg.org.
Those who would like to avail of consular services during the Consular Outreach Mission are requested to book an appointment via the Consulate’s website: www.sydneypcg.org or https://pcgsydney.setmore.com/class Please choose your preferred time slot, and be on time. We can only accommodate applicants during their appointment time.
Applicants for e-passport, civil registry and notarials are advised to bring a from Australia Post to be used in mailing and returning the processed documents.
For those who have not voted in 2 consecutive elections, the Senatorial election last May 2019 and the Presidential election last May 2016, they may register for overseas voting during the outreach mission.
For dual citizenship applications, please send by mail in advance to the Consulate the required documents on or before 19 February 2021 to enable the Consular Team to assess whether the submitted documents are complete and so that applicants can be advised beforehand of any additional document that they must present during the outreach mission.
