ACCREDITATION OF MEDIA AND ELECTION OBSERVERS FOR THE 2022 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS
9 February 2022 – The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney is pleased to announce that the Philippine Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has released the guidelines for the accreditation of domestic and foreign media, including both mainstream and alternative media; and, domestic and foreign observers who wish to observe and monitor the conduct of the May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections, as follows:

The last day for the filing of applications for accreditation of media entities and applications for accreditation of both foreign and local observers is March 11, 2022.
