PASSPORT

Passport services are by appointment only and require personal appearance at the Consulate. Passport release may be six to eight (6 - 8) weeks from the date of processing (there may be delays due to logistics limitation).Release is by express mail only upon receipt of the passport by the Consulate from the Philippines. Please submit a self-addressed prepaid express mail (plastic) envelope with Signature on Delivery sticker  together with your passport application.

  • NO APPOINTMENT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, PWD, SINGLE PARENT and for those who are 7 YEARS OLD AND BELOW.

  • Please bring a small Auspost express PLASTIC envelope with signature on delivery (will be use for sending your passport to your address)

  • Can I walk-in to avail a consular services or we need to book an appointment?
    Only SENIOR CITIZENS, PWD, SINGLE PARENT and for those who are 7 YEARS OLD AND BELOW can come w/o an appointment

  • We have a discrepancy in data in Birth Certificate / Report of Birth and other documents, what do we do? (wrong information, wrong data or misspelled information)
    If the discrepant data is in the Birth Certificate, the applicant must submit annotated birth certificate authenticated by PSA reflecting the corrected entry. If the discrepant data is in the other documents, the Birth Certificate will be followed.
